ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–4 business days to process your order. During holidays, launches, and special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and another email within 2–4 business days letting you know your order is on the way.

Orders are processed Tuesday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will begin processing the next business day.

We offer free local pickup at our Columbus storefront.

Pickup Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Closed Sunday & Monday

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that confirmation before arriving.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING (U.S. Only)

Orders are generally shipped within 2–4 business days using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Because we sell handmade perfumes and fragrance products, fragrance orders ship via ground transportation only in compliance with carrier regulations.

We offer:

  • $8 Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders

  • FREE shipping on orders over $75

We currently ship within the United States only.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless your order qualifies for flat rate or free shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature of skincare, body products, and fragrances, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at:
