🌟 Role Overview
The Store Lead supports daily operations and helps ensure smooth, consistent performance across store locations. This role serves as the right hand to ownership, helping reduce operational overload and maintain excellence in customer experience, sales, and team leadership.
This is a local, in-person leadership role requiring reliability and independence.
📍 Location & Transportation Requirements
- Must be local to the area
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must be able to consistently commute between assigned store location(s) as needed
- Punctual, dependable attendance is required
🧭 Key Responsibilities
🏪 Daily Operations
- Open and close store location
- Oversee daily workflow and store readiness
- Assign tasks to sales associates
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained
👥 Team Support
- Serve as first point of contact for staff questions
- Provide on-the-floor leadership and direction
- Support conflict resolution and basic decision-making
- Communicate updates and issues to owner
💰 Sales Support
- Lead by example in customer engagement and sales
- Support achievement of daily sales goals
- Encourage upselling, product knowledge, and customer experience excellence
- Help drive revenue through strong in-store leadership
📦 Inventory & Organization
- Assist with restocking and product displays
- Monitor low inventory and report needs
- Maintain organized and presentable product areas

💰 Compensation
